Print it once. Change where it goes forever.
PlexQR turns a link, a Wi-Fi network, a business card or a payment into a branded code — and with dynamic codes you can point it somewhere new long after it has been printed, then watch every scan come in.

The difference that saves the reprint
A static code carries the data itself, so changing it means printing a new one. A dynamic code carries a short PlexQR link — the destination lives in your dashboard, where you can change it whenever you like.
Static QR codes
Static QR codes are permanent, with all data embedded directly into the code. Once created and printed, the information cannot be modified.
- Works forever, with no service in between
- Nothing to maintain, nothing to renew
- Destination is fixed once it is printed
- No scan statistics — the code never phones home
- Best for Wi-Fi cards, contact details, product labels
Dynamic QR codes
- Change the target after printing — the code stays the same
- Scan statistics: time, place, device, referrer
- Schedule a start and end date, or a scan limit
- A/B test two destinations and keep the winner
- Send visitors to different pages by country or language
- Password-protect what sits behind the code
Built for codes that go into the world
Everything around the code — the branding, the domain, the numbers, the access — in one dashboard.
Your colours, your logo
Set the module and background colours, round the corners, drop your logo in the middle. Every code still scans — we check the contrast for you.
Scan analytics
See scans over time, split by country, city, device and operating system — so you know which poster, flyer or packaging is actually working.
Custom domains
Serve your short links from your own domain instead of a generic one. Same code, your brand in the URL, better trust when someone previews the link.
Projects
Group codes per campaign, client or location. Filter the statistics per project and hand a client exactly the numbers that belong to them.
Passwords & expiry
Put a password in front of a code, cap it at a number of scans, or let it stop working on a chosen date. Useful for tickets, trials and internal documents.
Developer API
Generate, update and read codes from your own systems. Bulk-create thousands for serial numbers or tickets, and pull the scan data back into your stack.
Three steps, about a minute
STEP 01
Choose a template
URL, Wi-Fi, vCard, payment — sixteen to pick from. Fill in the fields and the code appears as you type.
STEP 02
Make it yours
Colours, logo, module shape, frame and call to action. Download as SVG, PNG, EPS or PDF at any size, ready for print.
STEP 03
Publish and watch
Print it, ship it, stick it on the window. Change the destination whenever you need to, and follow the scans in your dashboard.
Barcode
The same generator produces 35 linear barcode formats — retail, logistics, pharmacy and postal — as crisp vectors that survive a small label and a cheap scanner.

What people do with it
Before you sign up
Static codes never expire — the data lives in the pattern itself, not on our servers. Dynamic codes keep working as long as your account is active, and you decide if and when one should stop.
If it is a dynamic code, yes. The printed pattern points at a short PlexQR link, and you change where that link goes from your dashboard. The change is live within seconds.
We only store the code data you choose to save in your account. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, backed up daily, and hosted in the EU. You can export or delete your codes at any time.
No. Pick a template, choose your colours and drop in a logo. The editor warns you when contrast or logo size would make a code hard to scan, and shows a live preview at every step.
Yes, on the paid plans. Point a domain or subdomain at PlexQR and your short links carry your own name instead of ours — which noticeably improves how many people follow the link.
Yes. Create, update and read codes programmatically, generate in bulk, and pull scan statistics back into your own reporting. Documentation and keys are in the dashboard.
